Alexis O’Neill

Senior Art Director, Campbell Ewald
Rochester, MI

Alexis is a Senior Art Director at Campbell-Ewald, headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. She received her BFA in Art Direction from College for Creative Studies (CCS) in 2007 and has been doing her thing in the metro-Detroit area ever since. She's worked on national and regional brands such as Chevy, Chick-fil-A, ALDI and Mutual of Omaha, to smaller boutique brands and hospitals across the country. Alexis believes most brands hold the capacity to invite positive change into people’s lives and discovering how to harness that change for good, is the most fun.


Jeff Monahan

Founder & Creative Director, Proper Villains

Jeff’s career has been dedicated to the thoughtful design of things that build and elevate brands. His deliberately multidisciplinary approach is born from an obsession with simplicity and beauty, and informed by a commitment to excellence across all mediums. Jeff is the Board CoChair of the American Association of Advertising Agencies/New England Council, and is the past Board Chair of Design Museum and Director of the Luxury Marketing Council Board. A Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt National Design Award nominee, Jeff’s work has been recognized by organizations including The Ad Club, The Art Director’s Club, the Davey Awards, Graphis, the Telly Awards, and REBRAND.


Monique Aimee

Illustrator & Letterer

Monique Aimee is an illustrator and lettering artist originally from Connecticut. She studied illustration at Lesley University College of Art and Design in a Boston and then typography at Old School New School in Australia. She now works as a freelance illustrator while traveling around the world.


Chris Parker

Copywriter, R/GA
New York, NY

Chris is a Senior Copywriter at R/GA New York. He also hosts his own internet TV show called Dead Air Season One. And he tweets a lot, with some of his jokes appearing on Digiday, Splitsider, Paste, and GQ. Creative mantra: have fun.


Jacqueline Brill

Boston, MA

Hi, I’m Jax! Studiojax is my illustration, surface design, and animation studio. As an educator, I share my Surface (Pattern) Design methods in the form of a presentation and workshop entitled Surface Sing: Revealing a Visual Voice. Mark making is combined with digital image manipulation to reveal unexpected results while also better familiarizing students with basic design principles.
